Nothing provided through the Services is intended to replace professional advice or treatment.
5. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due, including applicable taxes.
We do not store full credit card numbers or banking information. Payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to review and accept.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase:

• Coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed
• Missed sessions without required notice may be forfeited
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to leadfirstcoaching@gmail.com

Nothing in this section limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Stripe / PayPal Protection)
By purchasing Services, you agree to contact Lead First Coaching directly to resolve any billing questions or disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may be considered a violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback:

• We reserve the right to provide documentation, communications, and records of service delivery to the payment processor
• You may be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services until the matter is resolved

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share proprietary coaching materials, methodologies, recordings, worksheets, or confidential business information provided through the Services without prior written consent.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the coaching relationship.

All content, materials, branding, programs, videos, documents, and intellectual property provided through the Services are owned by Lead First Coaching or licensed to us.
