1. Scope This Policy applies to personal information we process in the United States, including information collected from visitors and clients residing in California. It does not apply to third‑party websites or services that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly and information we collect automatically:  A. Information You Provide  • Contact identifiers (e.g., name, email address, postal address, telephone number).  • Professional information (job title, company, industry, coaching goals).  • Account credentials (username, password) if you create an account on the Site.  • Payment details (cardholder name, last 4 digits, billing address) processed via our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.  • Communications (messages, emails, survey responses, testimonials).  • Any other information you choose to provide (e.g., during coaching sessions, assessments, or events).
  B. Information Collected Automatically  When you visit the Site, we (and our analytics partners) automatically collect:  • Device identifiers (IP address, device type, operating system, browser type).  • Usage data (pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, time spent, and other interaction data).  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address.  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
  C. Sensitive Personal Information  We do not intentionally collect or process "sensitive personal information" (as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, "CCPA/CPRA"), except where you voluntarily provide it in a coaching context. We treat any such disclosures as consent to use that information solely to deliver requested Services.

  To exercise your rights, submit a verifiable request to leadfirstcoaching@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (90 days if reasonably necessary).
  B. Nevada & Other U.S. Jurisdictions  Residents of certain states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado) may have additional rights to access, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising. We extend comparable rights on request.
7. International Data Transfers (EU/UK Visitors) If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
